My name is Victoria, pronouns she/her. I am an integrative counsellor, and a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists). 

Welcome to my page, if you are here looking for something, I hope that I can help with that, even if I am not the counsellor for you.

My ethos is to recognise that you are the expert on you, and we are equals on your counselling journey, I am not here to direct, diagnose, or “fix” you.

What I will do is be a calm companion through your journey to feel more authentically you. Witnessing, hearing, accepting, and respecting you and your boundaries while you explore, reflect and grow at your own pace.

What I offer

  • Individual and Couples Counselling

    I work with both individuals and couples.

    Individual Counselling is a one‑to‑one therapeutic space we build together where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. The focus is entirely on you and your needs, we go at your pace, and work towards what you want to understand or change.

    Couples Counselling offers a supportive space for you and your partner to explore your relationship together. It’s designed to help you understand each other more deeply, improve communication, and navigate challenges.

  • Face-to-Face, Online and Telephone Counselling

    I have a practice in Towcester, Northamptonshire, and welcome both individuals and couples for face-to-face counselling.

    I facilitate online and telephone counselling to both individuals and couples anywhere in the UK. These sessions are conducted through a secure online platform, in a confidential space, giving you the benefits of face-to-face counselling remotely.

    Session Time: 50 minutes.

  • Short Term and Open Ended

    For session structure I am able to offer both short-term and open ended sessions. 

    Short-term counselling involves working together for an agreed period of 6, 12, or 24 weeks toward a specific goal.

    Open ended counselling is an agreement to work together as long as you feel you need to. 

    All sessions are 50 minutes and can take place in person, online, or by telephone. We regularly review your progress, what’s working, and whether your goals or approach need adjusting.
